However, if you want to establish a relationship with people that will do what needs to be done for a fair price then these are your people. I can't count the number of times that haven't charged me for small things. One time my bill was $100 less than the estimate and they said it was because the mechanic finished faster than the estimated time. Tell me how many shops you will see that happen in.
